Is Bernie Madoff's, 71, 150-year sentence for running multi-billion Ponzi scheme excessive?

Perfect - he ruined countless lives.

He should have gotten 200 years.

In HBO's "Entourage," Jeremy Piven (right) plays Hollywood agent Ari Gold, who talks down to, makes crude remarks to and bullies around his assistant Lloyd, played by Rex Lee.

Stuck in jobs, more workers bullied by bosses: expert The recession is creating a "blank check" for office bullies, according to a workplace advocate. Shrinking job markets make a bad situation worse for victims, said Gary Namie, director of the Workplace Bullying Institute, an advocacy group. Namie is the author of the "The Bully at Work." It's the first time since the Great Depression that a recession has wiped out all the jobs created during the previous business cycle, according to Heidi Shierholz.

Landecker spinning in NWI
Lewis Lazare: There aren't many left, but John Records Landecker qualifies as a genuine legend in the radio industry. His newest venture -- co-host of an afternoon drive talk show on tiny WIMS-AM (1420) in Michigan City, Ind. -- may not be high-profile, but it has given Landecker a chance to reconnect with his roots in radio and help him rediscover why he remains in a business he still loves 40 years on.
